Hopewell Holdings Limited (“Hopewell”) continued to support “Hong Kong and Kowloon Walk” held on 14 January. More than 90 employees and their families set off from Hong Kong Stadium to finish the 10-km Walkathon at Aberdeen Country Park. All participants each received a certificate of appreciation. Panda Hotel also prepared a lunch for our participating staff at the destination at the finish point.
 
This event – now in its 48th year – is the Chest’s longest running, signature fund-raiser. The funds raised will be designated for "Family and Child Welfare Services", to maintain and strengthen family bonding and to assist the family members in establishing mutual support. In addition to the company’s donation, Hopewell also matched the staff donations dollar-for-dollar.
