24 Apr 2012 Hopewell Holdings Limited ("Hopewell") has been again honoured with the 'Manpower Developer 1st' title by Employees Retraining Board (ERB) at the ERB Manpower Developer Award Scheme, in recognition of the company's outstanding achievements and commitment to manpower training and development. The award ceremony was held on 24th April 2012 at the Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre. Mr. Richard Law, Company Secretary of Hopewell Holdings Limited, received the award on behalf of the company.
The ERB Manpower Developer Award Scheme is the first accreditation system in Hong Kong to assess the level of maturity of manpower training and development strategies and practices of organisations. The Scheme aims at promoting a corporate culture which focuses on manpower training and development, and raising the awareness of employers and employees to the importance of on-the-job training and continuous learning. It also serves as a recognition and support to employers who are committed to providing training and development for their employees.
