Hopewell Holdings Limited ("Hopewell") is committed to reducing energy consumption and promoting sustainable development. Hopewell and its subsidiaries, including Hopewell Centre, Panda Place, Panda Hotel, and Wu Chung House, have once again participated in the Energy Saving Charter or the 4T Charter schemes organized by the Environment and Ecology Bureau and the Electrical and Mechanical Services Department, working together to save energy.
 
Regarding the Energy Saving Charter, we are required to maintain an average indoor temperature of our offices between 24 and 26 degrees Celsius during the summer months of June to September in 2024. From June 2024 to May 2025, we will turn off unused electrical appliances and systems. Additionally, we will work with our employees to implement the above energy-saving measures. We will also promote the transparency of energy data and share our energy-saving measures and achievements.
 
Under the 4T Charter, we will set energy-saving target and timeline, ensure the transparency of energy-saving results and building energy data, and encourage all stakeholders (such as employees/tenants) to participate in achieving the energy-saving goals.
