Buddy scheme : Each trainee will be paired with another trainee (Buddy) of previous year(s) for mutual support and sharing throughout the scheme

Service skills & attitude : Sponsor training courses such as Butler training, so as to learn both professional theories and skills

Language proficiency : Sponsor outstanding Trainee to learn new language and master communication with our guests from all around the world

Leadership : Sponsor training courses such as complaints handling, team building and management skills, to pave way for becoming future leaders
