Can I still apply if I am not majoring in Hospitality, Food & Beverage or relevant academic subject, nor do I have relevant working experience ?
Since this program aims at training professionals for Hospitality and Food & Beverage industry, we hope applicants already had some basic knowledge about the industry with relevant working experience and/or academic qualifications. However, you can still submit your application, we will consider on a case-by-case basis. |

Is there any age limit for applicants ?
There is no age limit. As long as you meet our application requirements and aged 18 or above, you are welcome to apply this program. |

How many Trainees will Hopewell recruit this year ?
We do not have a quota for our Master Serve recruitment. Each year intake varies according to the competence of candidates and our business needs. |

Can I directly send my resume and cover letter to you instead of applying online?
We currently accept online application only to enhance the efficiency of the application process.

I am now studying/working overseas. Does it make any difference to my application?
There will be no difference for the application as long as you meet our Program requirements. However, please note that the whole selection process will take place in Hong Kong. Overseas candidate need to make sure you are able to attend all selection procedure (Further details please refer to recruitment schedule).

Can I still apply for this program if I do not have the right of abode in Hong Kong?
We welcome talents from all backgrounds to apply for our Program, although applicants with such status will be subject to consideration on a case-by-case basis.
