2011 - Present

2021
- Kowloonbay International Trade & Exhibition Centre was sold.

2019
- The withdrawal of the listing of shares of Hopewell Holdings Limited on the Stock Exchange has taken place with effect from 9:00 a.m. on 3 May 2019.

2017
- Hopewell Holdings Limited celebrates its 45th Anniversary.

2016
- All residential units of " The Avenue" were sold.
- Lee Tung Avenue, a tree-lined pedestrian walkway equipped with lifestyle and dining options, grand opened.
- An upmarket “live house” performance venue - “1563 at the East” grand opened.
- The brand new wedding venue, The Glass Pavilion, with a banquet hall accommodating up to 32 tables and a wedding ceremony venue, commenced operation.
- The first premium city outlet - E-Max WearHouse was officially opened, encompasses 50,000 sq. ft. on the ground floor in its first phase.

2014
- The Metroplex, comprised of 9 houses with a total capacity of over 1,100 people, grand opened.
- E-Max Home was launched.

2013
- Phase III of the Western Delta Route commenced operation in January, marking the completion of the entire Western Delta Route.
- The pre-sale of 1,275 residential units of "The Avenue" began and received enthusiastic reponses.

2012
- Hopewell Holdings Limited celebrated its 40th Anniversary.
- The Group obtained possession of the land for the development of the Hopewell Centre II project and began site preparation work.
- Hopewell Highway Infrastructure Limited launched first RMB-traded share placing in Hong Kong under "Dual Tranche, Dual Counter" model.
- KITEC introduced Music Zone@E-Max, the first-of-its-kind in local performance venue.
- Panda Place completed a major refurbishment and remodelled.
- Hopewell Holdings Limited's Sustainability Report achieved Global Reporting Initiative (GRI) Application Level B+.

2011
- Hongkong International Trade & Exhibition Centre at Kowloon Bay was renamed as Kowloonbay International Trade & Exhibition Centre (“KITEC”).
- Hopewell Holdings Limited and Hopewell Highway Infrastructure Limited were selected as constituent stocks of the Hang Seng Corporate Sustainability Benchmark Index.
- Hopewell Holdings Limited published the first Sustainability Report which achieved Global Reporting Initiative (GRI) Application Level B.
