Hopewell Sponsored “Happy Family Poon Choi Banquet” for the Sixth Consecutive Year | | 02 Dec 2017
Hopewell Holdings Limited (“Hopewell”) supported “Happy Family Poon Choi Feast” held at Southorn Playground for the sixth consecutive year by sponsoring 2,000 sets of HH Social Club gift packs for the senior citizens and residents of Wan Chai who attended the event. The gift packs contained 5 useful daily care items including tooth brush set, Vaseline, Pak Fah Yeow, alcohol-based hand sanitizer and hand cream.
“Happy Family Poon Choi Feast” was co-organized by the Community Building Committee of Wan Chai District Council, Wan Chai Methodist Centre for the Seniors and St. James’ Settlement Wan Chai District Elderly Community Centre, promoting community spirit. |
Hopewell Continued to Join Heifer Race to Feed 2017 | | 12 Nov 2017
Hopewell Holdings Limited (“Hopewell”) formed two 5-member HH Social Club teams to take part in Heifer Race to Feed 2017. This charity run was co-organized by Heifer Hong Kong and Sportsoho Media Limited held at the Sha Tin Hong Kong Science and Technology Park Pak Shek Kok Promenade on 12 November 2017.

Hopewell Continued to Support Wan Chai District Bookcrossing Exercise 2017 | | 11 Nov 2017
Hopewell Holdings Limited (“Hopewell”) continued to support “Wan Chai District Bookcrossing Exercise 2017” by placing a book sharing shelf at Hopewell Centre for recycling books. A Certificate of Appreciation was received to recognize our support.
The campaign launched from November 2017 to January 2018 which is co-organized by Wan Chai District Council Cultural and Leisure Services Committee and Hong Kong Sharing. It aims to promote recycling, reading and sharing. |
Hopewell Continued to Support Dress Special Day | | 12 Oct 2017
Hopewell Holdings Limited (“Hopewell”) continued to support Dress Special Day organized by the Community Chest. By making a donation of HK$60 or more, staff can go to work in casual wear. This year, totally 140 staff participated in this campaign.
Souvenir stickers are given to participants to show their support for the event. All donations raised through this campaign will be allocated to benefit the 161 member social welfare agencies supported by the Community Chest. |
Hopewell Sponsored Hong Kong Outstanding Students’ Association for the Seventh Consecutive Year | | 14 Aug 2017
Hopewell Holdings Limited (“Hopewell”) supported summer programme organized by Hong Kong Outstanding Students’ Association for the seventh consecutive year. This year, the programme named “Project Vista 2017”. It included a four-day experiencing camp for students to help participants gain insight in the social issues related to “Rediscover the Fading Colours”. Finally, the students submitted a “micro-film” and presented their learning about four highlighted industries in the closing ceremony.
Hong Kong Outstanding Students’ Association was founded in 1987 by the awardees and finalists of the prestigious Hong Kong Outstanding Students Award, which is currently held by the Youth Arch Foundation. With over 1,000 members, the Association is one of the largest and oldest student-run, non-profit organizations in Hong Kong. |
