In my 26 years of work here at Hopewell, what has been most impressive is that when making decisions, Sir Gordon always prioritizes the benefits of staff members. Also, the Company offers many learning opportunities. I don't get bored in this job because there are always new tasks. When working together, I think we shouldn't be petty, but rather should think of others first. Work is more enjoyable when colleagues are supportive and can supplement one another's strengths and weaknesses.
