I have worked at Hopewell for over 20 years, and have learned to take a hands-on approach to work, instead of being overly reliant on others. I have also accomplished two important life milestones here at Hopewell: I met and married my husband; we've raised a son and a daughter and built a great family. To me, Hopewell is my second home.

My message of encouragement to new colleagues is this: equip yourself regardless of your job post because opportunities are given to those who are prepared.
