When Mr. Thomas Wu wanted to launch a major revamp of KITEC, I was at first a bit skeptical of the new concept and proposal. Yet when the project was completed, it not only increased the Company's turnover, but was also very well received by the public, demonstrating Mr. Wu's visionary foresight. In our daily operations, Mr. Wu provided our team with a great deal of inspiration and support. He also took the time to understand our needs. In the end, our impossible mission became possible. This enabled me to experience the importance of innovation, and showed me our team's collaborative spirit. I think that as long as team members open up and frankly raise our opinions, management is very willing to listen and come to an understanding with us.
