Having worked at Hopewell for 19 years, I feel that the Company always puts its staff first regardless of circumstance. This is such a rare attribute. One of my most unforgettable experiences was during the SARS crisis years ago. The Company made suitable arrangements to ensure that staff members could feel at ease and overcome that difficult period together.
One should approach work with a sense of responsibility so as to not adversely affect others. Cooperation and a team-oriented spirit are essential.
