I have been serving Hopewell for about 3 years, beginning with the Management Trainee Program that allowed me to rotate through various departments. One of my most memorable experiences was taking on the role of emcee at the Company's annual dinner. This was quite challenging as I stood in front of nearly a thousand guests and tried to build up the atmosphere. The Company provides numerous opportunities for staff members to try different things. I would advise new colleagues to be proactive and raise up their suggestions, and then seize every opportunity to put ideas into practice. New staff must be alert and attentive in order to develop breakthrough ideas and contribute to the whole team.
